How long will it take to receive my order?
IT’S IMPORTANT! All orders must be placed in advance. A minimum of at least 15 days (2 weeks) prior to your event depending on the package or item you are ordering. Once the order is received our Customer Service Department will contact you to confirm the order.
Fresh flower wedding collections will be shipped overnight for free and arrive via FedEx in a custom white box or a multiple of boxes depending on the size of your order. It will arrive 2 days prior to your event (e.g. flowers for Saturday event will arrive Thursday). Please make sure someone is available to accept the delivery so your flowers are not sitting outside in the weather. Also, please make sure that they are immediately cut and put in water adding the preservative packs in order to keep the flowers fresh and leave them there until the moment of the ceremony. The Flowers must be kept in water in a room that will have a maximum temperature of 72 degrees Fahrenheit.
Boutonnieres, Corsages and Rose petals will be packaged in smaller plastic boxes. Please put them in a refrigerator in a range of temperature between 38 and 45 degrees Fahrenheit.
Flowers For All Occasions and Holidays, also Bulk Flowers orders will be required to be placed 15 days in advance. Once the order is placed and accepted by our customer service department it will be shipped 2 days before the specified date of the event. We only ship from Monday to Thursday, once the order is shipped it will get there the next day.

Do you ship internationally?
With our Fresh Flowers Collections whether is the Wedding Collections, Flowers for All Occasions and Bulk Flowers we can only ship in the Continental 50 USA States. However, on our Preserved Wedding Collections, Silk Wedding Collections and Party Favors it is possible to ship Internationally. Special arrangements will need to be made therefore we suggest you contact our Customer Service Department either by telephone or E-mail with your request. email@example.com

Our line of products is sold on line and for that reason we do not have a printed catalog. Our complete line of our products can be viewed in our Web Site.
